Keep Performing - HAIX CONNEXIS Safety – Revolutionary Technology and Unique Design.

Wearing good footwear helps us to constantly give our best in all aspects of life. In collaboration with specialists in orthopaedics and Fascia research and guided by the motto “Keep Performing”, HAIX shoe technicians have developed the CONNEXIS SAFETY collection for indoor use.

 

The CONNEXIS SAFETY T S1P is a low-cut model from the CONNEXIS collection. Thanks to its light weight, it is perfect for sports. Not only does this shoe protect your feet, but it also sets a completely new benchmark for wearing comfort. The last has an innovative, orthopaedic design which takes the foot’s natural requirements into consideration.

 

Lightweight safety shoes in the S1P safety class

  • The HAIX functional shoes fulfil the requirements of the S1P safety class. This means that the shoes meet the basic requirement specified in EN ISO 20345, have an ultra-lightweight, nanocarbon toe cap and are puncture-resistant, anti-static and resistant to fuel.
  • At the same time, the shoes are completely free from metal, between 7.5 x 105 to 3.5 x 107 Ohm and ESD-capable.

 

Outer material

  • The outer part of the HAIX functional shoes is made from a fibre-reinforced microfibre fabric blend.
  • The smart lacing system is practical and saves time, ensuring that the shoes can be adapted to your feet in a smooth and pressure-free process.
  • CONNEXIS® system: By pulling the velcro fastener, the fascia is stimulated and the foot is aided in its natural function. The aim is to reduce the negative effects endured by the movement apparatus and to enable the wearer to stay on their feet for longer.
  • A small tab makes putting the shoes on easier.

 

The lining, toe cap, footbed and insoles

  • The HAIX CONNEXIS models feature an ultra-lightweight toe cap made from fibre-reinforced nanocarbon that has been shaped in line with the body, meaning that they fulfil the strictest safety requirements. The cap leaves enough space for your toes, making the shoes particularly comfortable.
  • The cushioned insoles wick moisture away. The insoles have been labelled with “Perfect Fit”, denoting that checks have been performed to ensure that the shoe size is according to standard.
  • The three different insole options mean that you can adapt the width of the shoes to your specific needs. The item is normally shipped with a red insole (medium)! You can order additional Vario Fit insoles as extra should you need.
  • A separate heel cup provides the foot with stability.

 

The sole

  • Thanks to a special rubber compound and innovative profile design, the sole has exceptional anti-slip properties whilst suffering minimal wear and tear.
  • The tread pattern and specially bevelled, rounded elements ensure optimal grip, a high degree of agility and stable support on slippery and wet surfaces.
  • Thanks to the anatomical last design, the sole has been structured in such a way that perfectly fits the foot.
  • The lightweight, impact-absorbing PU wedge makes the shoes excellent for getting out and about.
  • The outsole is ESD-capable (can channel electrostatic discharge away and has been tested according to DIN EN 61340-4-3:2016 and DIN EN ISO 61340-5-1:2016), as well as anti-static and resistant to fuel. What’s more, they do not leave marks and provide excellent insulation against the cold.
  • The outsole is also puncture-resistant.
